pure luck: how i avoided becoming a teenage mom
no condom? no love.
i just received the results of my hiv test. i'm negative. phew. i was a bit worried for a second. within the last six months i got caught up in one night of risky sexual behavior. and that one night haunted me for the last fourteen days. talk about a lesson learned:
1. always know my partner's HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) status - is he negative or positive?
2. make sure he is always wearing a condom during sex (oral or otherwise).
this same "one night" is also a big reason why To and From is what i'm living and breathing these days.
To and From is a film project that The Narra Group is producing in regards to whether the sociological developments (culture, religion, economy, politics) of the philippines directly affect the HIV/AIDS infection rate of pilipinos in los angeles.
